 🥜 For the Stuffing Masala:

  • 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp
  • 🌰 Sesame Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🥥 Dry Coconut (Grated) – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🌾 Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Dry Red Chilies – 3-4
  • 🧄 Garlic Cloves – 3
  • 🧂 Salt – As needed


🍛 For the Curry:

  • 🍆 Small Brinjals – 8-10
  • 🛢️ Oil – 3 tbsp
  • 🌱 Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
  • 🍃 Curry Leaves – Few
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • 🍋 Tamarind Pulp – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Jaggery – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt – As needed
  • 🟡 Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 💧 Water – As needed

1️⃣ Prepare the Masala – Roast and grind all the stuffing ingredients into a coarse paste.
