• 2 Tomatoes (pureed)

• 2 Green Chilies (slit)

• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

• 1½ tbsp Red Chili Powder

• 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

• ½ tsp Garam Masala

• 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

• ½ cup Coconut Paste (or thick coconut milk)

• 1 tsp Roasted Poppy Seeds Powder (optional)

• 1 tbsp Cashew Paste (optional, for extra richness)

Step-by-Step Instructions


Step 1: Marination

1. Mix the cleaned meat or prawns with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
